By far the Weagle gets the most water time for me. You can use it as a throw back bait, or even as a normal bait in your line up. I would also say that I have around a 95% hook up ratio with that bait. I have only lost a few fish that were hooked and then got off.

The other bait, especially if you're going to LOTW, would be a topraider. I've personally never been to LOTW, but have quite a few buddies that have been their. I would say those two baits would rock for you.

One of my buddies is up there as we speak, so we should have a good report when he gets back.

Hope this helps a bit.

Hey David,

They had a tough time up there with really strong winds every day. I'm not sure how many fish they got, but I'll have him post a report. Another great site to get info from is www.muskiefirst.com. Lots of good information there on LOTW (if you haven't been there yet).

Fishings picking up around here. Look for the night bite to really start rocking as it cools down. The daytime bite should be good as well. I'll try to keep some current reports up in the coming months as it's prime time on the lakes around here.

Good luck on LOTW. Let us know how you do.
